Email is the way to reach us. There's no form, so we get only what you choose to send.
Help with Tacy
- Email support@tacy.io about your account, signing in, plans, a bug, or misuse you want to report.
- Say what happened, when, and which device and browser you used. Your username helps; your password, recovery key or chats don't, so please don't send them.
- We can't see your conversations, so we can't recover them for you. If you lose your password, every passkey and your recovery key, nobody can open your history.
- Tacy is in early access. We aim to reply within a few working days.
Privacy requests
- You can export or delete your data yourself in Settings → Your data. See Privacy for what we keep.
- For anything else about your data, email support@tacy.io.
Firms and agents
To talk about Tacy for your firm, agents, or a security questionnaire, email info@tacy.io. The Trust page may already answer it.
Security reports
- Email security@tacy.io, not support, so the details stay with the people fixing it.
- Say what you found, how to reproduce it, and what someone could do with it. A short proof of concept helps.
- Report a security issue has what's in scope and our safe harbor; the same contact is in security.txt.
